Refund Policy

At Contador Services Private Limited ,We strive to provide our customers with the best possible service. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms and conditions set out below:

Refund eligibility

  1. Refunds will only be issued for services that have not been delivered as per our agreement.
  2. Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the date of service delivery.
  3. Refunds will not be issued if the customer has breached our terms and conditions of service.

Refund calculation
  1. The refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, taking into account the portion of the service that has not been delivered. (In case of subscription based services)
  2. A 15% deduction will be applied to the refund amount to cover administrative and processing costs.

Refund process
  1. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team.
  2. We may require additional information from you to process the refund request.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the request being received.
  4. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment

  1. Our liability for refunds is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the service.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we believe that the request is fraudulent or not made in good faith.
